I am a professionally qualified Counsellor working with individuals face-to-face or online, meeting in the Glastonbury area. I will provide you with a confidential and safe space, in which you can allow yourself to talk about your concerns, issues and difficulties, which perhaps you feel unable to share with others. I work using an integrative approach, like being equipped with a tool belt from which I can pull on elements from a variety of counselling modalities, which I feel would be most helpful to fit your needs and best suited to your character.
If you are seeking counselling for the first time, I hope to encourage you to ‘give it a try. If you have previous experience of counselling, positive or negative, no two experiences can be the same. I hope to encourage you to ‘give it another go’.
