I am a professionally qualified Counsellor, with a 1st Class BA (Hons) degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling, having worked for the past ten years with individuals online and face-to-face.

I believe in the power of connection and understanding, and strive to foster a trusting relationship within which you will feel heard and valued. I work with a variety of issues including low self-esteem, anxiety and stress, low mood and depression, relationship issues, bereavement or life changing decisions.

Using an integrative approach, I am able to pull on elements from a variety of counselling modalities, best suited to your needs and character. I am a registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their ethical principles and guidelines which can be viewed on their website (www.bacp.co.uk).
