How do I know if counselling is right for me?

Counselling provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. If you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck in life, counselling could be beneficial. If you’re unsure, please feel free to contact me either by phone or email, and we can schedule a time to discuss your concerns and see if it feels like a good fit.

What can I expect during my first session?

My aim is to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Your first session will be all about getting to know each other. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and get comfortable with the process. We will discuss any specific challenges you’re currently facing and talk through your possible goals for counselling.

How often should I attend counselling sessions?

The frequency of sessions can vary depending on your needs and goals. Typically, clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, especially at the beginning of therapy. We can adjust the schedule together as you progress and your needs change.
